Before entering the cleaning industry, I worked in corporate projects and administration. That experience still shapes the way I run my business today.
As I developed my window cleaning skills, I brought that corporate background into a more hands-on role. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I founded Cardinia Window Cleaning Services, combining practical cleaning experience with the skills to manage my own business.
From the beginning, I wanted customers to feel comfortable with the person looking after their property. Quality work matters, but so do friendly conversations, listening to what you need and being someone you can rely on.
