Tell me your suburb, the type of property, how many storeys it has and what you’d like cleaned. Mention any access restrictions and your preferred timing. I’ll let you know if I need more details or a visit before confirming the price.
Are flyscreens, frames and sills included?
These can be included in your quote. Please mention them when enquiring so we can agree on the scope and price. Don’t assume they are included in a glass-only clean.
Can you clean upper-storey windows?
The Reach & Wash system allows suitable higher exterior windows to be cleaned from the ground. What can be reached depends on the height, layout and access, so I’ll assess your property before confirming the work.
Can I request several services together?
Yes—tell me which services you need, such as window cleaning alongside gutters, solar panels or pool glass. I’ll discuss the scope, access and scheduling with you and quote for the agreed work.
Do you offer window cleaning when moving out?
Yes. Share your required date and any window-related requirements from your agent. We’ll agree on the glass, frames and sills to be cleaned. This is a window-cleaning service, rather than a full end-of-lease property clean.
